You will not have mental strength without physical strength.
Recently a few of my friends asked, “Have you got a personal trainer? You look toned!” All I could say was running a business can be pretty stressful and I had to find ways to get my mind off work.
I work out five times a week, sometimes twice a day, doing cardio and boxing. I love being fit and healthy in body, mind and spirit.
